Urgent requirement: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Ijebu East, Ogun State. The job is at a rebar fabrication workshop. You will bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust; assemble column and beam cages on the bench; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift. Requirements: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
