Deboner — Lincoln County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Lincoln County, Oklahoma. On a typical shift you will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler 1+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
