Insulation worker — Kern County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an insulation worker in Kern County, California. What we are looking for: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding You will spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling. Part-time with flexible hours. Pay around $2,700 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
