Excavator operator — Story County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an excavator operator in Story County, Iowa. The job is at a road-building project. What we are looking for: • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise On a typical shift you will break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; stockpile and spread material to the required levels.
