Vacancy available: we are hiring an assembly operator in Bronx County, New York. You will be based at a busy assembly plant. Ideal candidate: • Punctual with reliable attendance • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S You will carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
