What we are looking for: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts You will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
