Scullery hand — Garfield County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scullery hand in Garfield County, Utah. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff The role involves: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles Full-time with occasional weekends.
