Press operator — Opobo/Nkoro

Vacancy available: we are hiring a press operator in Opobo/Nkoro, Rivers State. You will be based at a white goods manufacturing plant. Ideal candidate: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses The role involves record output and downtime on the production sheet; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean.
