Dozer operator — North East Lincolnshire

Join our team: we are hiring a dozer operator in North East Lincolnshire, England. You will work at an open-cast mine. What we are looking for: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes The role involves: • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms £2,050 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
