Construction helper wanted in Huron County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a construction helper in Huron County, Michigan. Requirements: • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio The role involves mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns. 4+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $24 per hour plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
