Flatlock machine operator — Taney County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Taney County, Missouri. You will be based at a busy garment factory. Your main tasks: • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality Ideal candidate: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown We offer $4,900 per month plus benefits.
