Powder coating sprayer — Hunterdon County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Hunterdon County, New Jersey. The job is on an industrial coating line. On a typical shift you will sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. Requirements: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Willing to work shifts and overtime We offer $9,000 per project plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
