Vacancy available: we are hiring a head butcher in Rhondda Cynon Taf, Wales. The job is at a halal meat counter. The role involves vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; season and marinate meat on request. You should have: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. £2,750 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
