Surface coating operator — Cook County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Cook County, Minnesota. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. Requirements: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Day-to-day duties: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun Full-time with occasional weekends.
