Gas installation technician — Seneca County

Now hiring: we are hiring a gas installation technician in Seneca County, Ohio. You will work at a boiler and appliance service centre. On a typical shift you will carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation; locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections. You should have: • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Able to read isometric and site drawings Part-time with flexible hours.
