Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems You will check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting.
