We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Lewis County, Washington. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Your main tasks: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
