Press machine operator — Fairfax County

Join our team: we are hiring a press machine operator in Fairfax County, Virginia. You will be based on a production line. Day-to-day duties: • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
