Bakery assistant • Bradford, England

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Bradford, England. On a typical shift you will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer £15 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
