Fine-dining server — Potter County

What we are looking for: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service You will clear and reset tables between covers; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; upsell starters, desserts and beverages. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,200 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends.
