Immediate opening: pastry baker (Edo)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pastry baker in Etsako Central, Edo. Your main tasks: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate Six days a week, one day off.
