Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread baker in Randolph County, Illinois. You will work in a bread factory. You will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics 4+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $5,100 per month, based on your experience.
