Industrial painter — O'Brien County

Now hiring: we are hiring an industrial painter in O'Brien County, Iowa. The job is at a property maintenance company. You will cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns; mix and tint paint to match colour swatches; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers. What we are looking for: • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $5,100 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
