Now hiring: we are hiring a machine operator (earthworks) in Okigwe, Imo State. Day-to-day duties: • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble Requirements: • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence Pay around ₦150,000 per month, based on your experience.
