Tailor machinist — Henry County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tailor machinist in Henry County, Kentucky. The job is in a sampling and tailoring workshop. Requirements: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams Day-to-day duties: • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
