Short order cook — Pondera County

Now hiring: we are hiring a short order cook in Pondera County, Montana. Your main tasks: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Part-time with flexible hours.
