Immediate opening: trainee butcher (Mississippi)

Now hiring: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Yalobusha County, Mississippi. Your main tasks: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • 2+ years experience working as a butcher 5+ years on the tools preferred.
