Dishwasher — Kafin Hausa

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dishwasher in Kafin Hausa, Jigawa State. The role involves scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. You should have: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers 6+ years on the tools preferred.
