Powder coating sprayer — Napa County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Napa County, California. You will be based at a powder coating unit. On a typical shift you will hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
