Urgent requirement: we are hiring a production assembler in Putnam County, Illinois. You will be based at a consumer goods manufacturing unit. On the job you will handle: • Fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away Requirements: • Can read work instructions and basic measurements • Punctual with reliable attendance • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
