Join our team: we are hiring a machine operator (earthworks) in Wilcox County, Georgia. You will be based in an open-cast quarry. What we are looking for: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site On the job you will handle: • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
