Immediate opening: we are hiring a steward in Wyandotte County, Kansas. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Day-to-day duties: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
