Assembly technician — Douglas County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an assembly technician in Douglas County, Illinois. On the job you will handle: • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line What we are looking for: • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred • Careful handling of tools and components • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Part-time with flexible hours.
