We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Menominee County, Michigan. Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Day to day you will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles.
