Turning centre operator — Moffat County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Moffat County, Colorado. The job is at an auto-components manufacturing unit. You will set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; run first-off inspection and sign off the part; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; load and index turning tools in the turret. Requirements: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
