Cold store insulation technician wanted in Howard County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cold store insulation technician in Howard County, Maryland. You will be based on flat roofs and terraces. Day to day you will spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant. You should have: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing Six days a week, one day off.
