Gas meter installer — Mason County

Join our team: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Mason County, West Virginia. You will be based in a gas distribution network. On the job you will handle: • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
