Kitchen cook — Grand County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Grand County, Utah. The job is at a roadside dhaba. Your main tasks: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Full-time, day shift.
