Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts On the job you will handle: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer Six days a week, one day off.
