Lathe programmer-operator — Fergus County

Join our team: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Fergus County, Montana. Your main tasks: • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear You should have: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls Rotating shifts.
