Urgent requirement: we are hiring a prep cook in Clinton County, Indiana. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Your main tasks: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
