Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Ramsey County, Minnesota. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate On a typical shift you will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer.
