Sand plant operator — Grant County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Grant County, West Virginia. The job is in the fettling and dressing shop. The role involves prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant. You should have: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
