Paint booth operator — Barry County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Barry County, Michigan. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. The role involves stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Pay around $4,900 per month, based on your experience.
