Immediate opening: we are hiring a head baker in Gregory County, South Dakota. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. The role involves: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
