Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Ikwerre, Rivers State. On a typical shift you will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
