The role involves report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier.
