Crane operator — Chickasaw County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a crane operator in Chickasaw County, Iowa. On the job you will handle: • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Check for underground cables and services before digging What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise 1+ years on the tools preferred.
