Turning centre operator wanted in Antrim County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Antrim County, Michigan. Your main tasks: • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
