Dish pit attendant — Claiborne County

Now hiring: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Claiborne County, Mississippi. You will be based in a hospital canteen. Your main tasks: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Rotating shifts.
